Construction: a construction project is underway next to the apartment building. Whilst it can be viewed from the apartment, rest assured the spectacular view can still be enjoyed from every angle, and the double-glazed windows effectively minimise any potential noise disturbances. In Perth, construction sites are strictly prohibited from generating noise before 7am or after 7pm from Monday to Saturday, and noise is not allowed on Sundays and public holidays. The construction crew is committed to adhering to these regulations.
